Diploma In Theology

Diploma in Theology (D.TH)
The Diploma in Theology (D.TH) is a four year academic programme which is accredited by the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary education in according to the Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE) standards. The programme runs from February to December yearly.

Diploma in Theology Academic Entry Qualifications
– The entry qualifications for admission to the D.TH programme strictly follows the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education regulated programme requirements.
– Candidates must be a holder of an ‘O’ Level Certificate with at least five passes including English language.

Diploma In Religious Studies

The Diploma in Religious Studies (DRS) is offered in Association with the University of Zimbabwe (UZ). This is a two-year course whose Academic year runs from August to June.

The entry qualifications for admission to the DRS programme allows room for normal and mature entry. General entry requirements are as specified below:

  • Normal entry
    -Be a holder of an ‘O’ Level Certificate with at least five passes including English language.
  • Mature entry
    -A male Candidate must be at least 30 years old and be a holder of three (3) ‘O’ level subjects, including English language plus any other post ‘O’ Level Professional Certificate and work experience.
    – A female Candidate must be at least 25 years old and be a holder of three (3) ‘O’ level subjects, including English language plus any other post ‘O’ Level Professional Certificate and work experience.
    – In both items applicants should have completed their ‘O’ Level at least 5 years before the start of the Academic year in which admission is sought.
